  • Páčila sa mi čistota a príjemný personál na recepcii. Príjemne ma prekvapila pitná voda vo fľašiach na stole.

  • Vzhľadom k vysokej cene sa mi nepáčilo, že na izbe nebola klimatizácia, čo je už v hoteloch bežný štandard. Okná som mala situované do dvora, pohľad na les a zámok bol síce príjemný, ale v noci som musela mať zatvorené okná vzhľadom k tomu, že nejaké zariadenie v pravidelných intervaloch vydávalo dosť veľký hluk, ktorý ma vyrušoval.
